This is a pre-intention declaration that you or your company want to participate of one of our sponsors for one of our Events. Please complete the form and one of our representative will contact you as soon as possible.

We do not ask for any payment over the phone or will not call you for solicitation of payment over the phone. All payment for your sponsorship will be mailed to us or delivery in person. All check payment will be made to "Marketing Development Solutions Inc".

All payments must be received no later than 1 week prior to the event

You must arrive one hour previous the start of the event, usually at 4:30 PM.
